Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Associate (Female) to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle events on-site.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with event plans and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.

Job Requirements

Good understanding of corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Decent personality and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in public relations, advertising, or events is an added advantage.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
