Business Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, proposing suitable automation solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams to achieve sales and project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Meet with customers to understand their requirements, pain points, and challenges.
• Propose automation or digital solutions aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, service, and finance for project execution and client support.
• Follow up on quotations, project status, and payments to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate documentation, CRM entries, and submit timely sales and activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation / technical products (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Results-driven, proactive, and willing to travel as needed.
• Male candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
