Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  company incorporation, amendments, and liquidation

  procedures in mainland and free zones.
• Manage

  VAT registration, filing, and compliance

  for multiple clients.
• Liaise with

  government departments and free zone authorities

  for licensing and renewals.
• Conduct

  client meetings

  and manage ongoing relationships with professionalism.
• Convert

  leads received from social media and internal sources

  into business opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and internal reports.
• Coordinate with the India-based team for cross-border compliance and tax matters.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be

  currently residing in the UAE

  and hold a

  valid UAE visa

  .
• Minimum

  3+ years of experience

  in company setup, liquidation, and UAE VAT/taxation.
• Excellent

  communication and client-handling skills

  .
• Should have hands-on experience with

  free zone and mainland procedures

  (SPC, RAKEZ, DMCC, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines.

• Freshers or inexperienced candidates should not apply.
