Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Begusarai for a Business Associate. The Business Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their financial needs, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing solutions that support their goals. Daily tasks include analyzing business opportunities, assisting in financial processes, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring that operational objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business and financial data
Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Business concepts
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer Service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Proficiency in using relevant software or tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
