Business and Marketing Manager

As a Business Development and Marketing Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market reach through the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by conducting market research and networking, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients and partners, negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets, and conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends. In terms of marketing strategy, you will be tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans in line with our business objectives, overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, and PR, analyzing marketing performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, creating marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and website content, and managing brand positioning, identity, and messaging. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrate a proven track record in business development and marketing, possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcase the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred skills for this role include experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media, and experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and performance bonuses. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts. The job location is in-person at Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi, so reliable commuting or relocation to this area is preferred.
