Job Description

As a Business Analytics Int Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for gathering operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance. You will identify data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance business decision-making capability in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment. Additionally, you will recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies. Your role may also involve exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis. It is crucial to translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, effectively communicating findings to business partners and senior leaders. Moreover, you will play a vital role in continuously improving processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities. Collaboration with internal and external business partners is essential in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies. It is imperative to assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Advanced process management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail - Curiosity for learning and developing new skillsets - Positive outlook with a can-do mindset - Flexibility to work according to the UK time zone Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Key Skills Required: - Relevant industry experience, preferably in technology or product development - Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in Wholesale Lending products or related products - Experience in working with technology, including writing detailed business requirements and overseeing technology implementation - Proven track record in collaboration across different businesses, regions, and/or support functions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a Product Owner mindset - Excellent communication skills up to senior level - Advanced Excel and database analysis/management skills - Strong Word and PowerPoint skills This job description provides an overview of the work performed in the role.
