As an analytics platform specialist, your role involves owning the implementation and ensuring the smooth operation of analytics platforms across various sales channels. You will be the single point of contact for any field-related concerns regarding the platforms or tools. Building and maintaining robust governance mechanisms for the successful operation of analytics tools is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will periodically assess the on-ground effectiveness and accuracy of the systems in place. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with the sales team to establish connections with channel partners. Acquiring data from both primary and secondary sources and ensuring high-quality data input into the data warehouse for analytics purposes are crucial tasks. Engaging with channel partners to address issues, gather feedback, and stay informed about market conditions is essential.
