Business Analytics

As a Business Analytics Int Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for gathering operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance. You will need to identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance business decision-making capability in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment. Additionally, you will recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies. Your role may also involve exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis. It will be crucial for you to translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate these findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders - Identify data patterns & trends to enhance business decision-making - Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities - Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and tools - Work closely with internal and external business partners in decision-making - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience - Advanced process management skills, organized and detail-oriented - Curious about learning and developing new skillsets - Positive outlook with a can-do mindset - Flexible to work as per the UK time zone - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Key Skills Required: - Relevant industry experience preferred in technology, product development, or other relevant areas - Working knowledge and subject matter expertise in Wholesale Lending products or related products - Experience in working with technology and overseeing technology implementation - Proven track record in collaboration across different businesses, regions, and/or support functions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills up to the senior level - Advanced Excel and database analysis/management skills - Strong Word and PowerPoint skills If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use the search tools or apply for a career opportunity, you can review Accessibility at Citi.
