Job Description

Business Analysis:

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend solutions to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets, interpret trends, and produce actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases, process models, requirements specifications, and user guides.
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify the discrepancies between the current state and desired future state of business processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between various departments (IT, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment of business requirements and project objectives.

Project Management:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project outcomes.
  • Communication: Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and any changes in scope.
  • Agile/Scrum Management: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews if working within an Agile environment.
  • Change Management: Oversee change requests and ensure all stakeholders are informed of scope changes and impacts on timeline or budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are completed to high standards and meet both business and stakeholder expectations.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement, documenting lessons learned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
