Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand

  project objectives, requirements, and success metrics

• Translate business needs into clear

  documentation and actionable tasks

• Develop project plans

  , allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct

  sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  while maintaining accountability.
• Communicate effectively across teams and act as a

  single point of contact

  for clients.
• Identify potential

  risks or scope changes

  early and take proactive measures.
• Maintain and monitor project documentation, plans, and reports on tools like

  JIRA

  or

  Trello

  .

Desired Profile

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management

  .

• 4–5 years of experience

  in

  Project Management and/or Business Analysis

  in the IT/software domain.
• Excellent

  communication, analytical, and presentation skills

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, Agile methodologies

  , and sprint-based execution.
• Ability to manage

  multiple projects independently

  while ensuring client satisfaction.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working with

  US-based clients or startups

  .
• Familiarity with

  estimation and budgeting

  for software projects.
• Understanding of

  backend/frontend data flow

  and technical dependencies.
• Certifications such as

  PMP, CSM

  , or equivalent (optional but desirable).

Experience Required

4 years of experience

Compensation Range

₹10 LPA – ₹14 LPA

Working Days & Shifts

Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM)

Location

Remote (Preference: Delhi NCR)
