Business Analyst/Project Manager

As a Business Analyst at Abilytics, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive data-driven decisions and process optimization across various departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Requirement Gathering & Analysis: - Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into user stories and specifications. - Project Management: - Oversee both internal and client projects from initiation to successful delivery. - Stakeholder Coordination: - Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, both internal and external. - Quality Assurance: - Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure the final product is ready for production deployment. - Process Improvement: - Identify gaps in workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
