Business Analyst

• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights that drive decision-making.
• Cross-Sector Exposure: Leverage your experience working across various sectors to provide tailored solutions and perspectives that cater to different business models.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business teams, IT departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and reports.
• Solution Implementation: Support the implementation of business solutions by collaborating with project managers and development teams.
• Risk & Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analysis to identify potential risks and dependencies associated with project changes.

Soft Skills Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst across multiple sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Excel, MS Visio).
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
