About the Role

Techno-Commercial Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Business Development & Marketing:
Actively drive business development efforts, market services, and maintain strong relationships with
Bank Managers
and private clients.
Technical & Site Work:
Conduct various
surveys and site inspections
at different locations for valuation purposes.
Project Coordination:
Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects received from various
Banks
.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and foster business relationships with private clients and other associated members of the company.
Presentation:
Utilize strong presentation skills for client pitches and internal reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant professional experience
Language:

Mandatory proficiency in Kannada language
(Read, Write, and Speak) to effectively manage clients and site work in the region.
Local Knowledge:
Must be well-versed with the
Bangalore region geography and market
.
Immediate Joiner
required.

Skills & Attributes

Strong business development inclination, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Previous experience in the
valuation sector is a significant plus
