Business Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination

• Communicate with Store, E-com, Marketing, Inventory, Accounting, and Repairing departments.
• Take daily updates and ensure tasks are completed.
• Follow up with team members until work is done.

Reporting & Trackers

• Maintain daily/weekly trackers.
• Prepare MIS reports.
• Prepare stock, sales, repairing, and employee performance reports.

Process & SOP Monitoring

• Ensure all departments follow correct SOPs.
• Identify gaps and highlight mistakes.
• Help implement new processes.

Issue Escalation

• Raise red flags when:
• Tasks are missed
• Data is incorrect
• Stock mismatch
• Customer complaints increase
• Provide solutions, not just problems.

General Support

• Assist management in planning and strategy.
• Ensure professional communication across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Business analysis: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Hindi, Gujarati (Preferred)
