  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word document to prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with a focus on enhancing usability and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
