Role Overview

We are seeking a

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

QA analytics

within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in

data analysis, Snowflake, and SQL

, along with deep understanding of

QA processes

such as MIR/SIR, LIR, Complaints, CAPA, SCAR, and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for QA modules including MIR/SIR, LIR, Complaints, CAPA, SCAR, and Change Management.
Perform data analysis using Snowflake and SQL to support QA operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) in SAFe/Agile environments.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical QA regulations and standards.

Primary Skills

Strong business analysis skills in QA environment
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL for data analytics
Expertise in QA modules: MIR/SIR, LIR, Complaints, CAPA, SCAR, Change Management
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/SAFe methodologies
Experience in pharmaceutical industry

Good To Have
