Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst – ERPNext

Company: Stackerbee Technologies

Location: Onsite – Dwarka Mor, Delhi

Experience: 1–2 years (minimum 1 ERP implementation preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with ERPNext experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and must have hands-on experience in ERPNext modules including Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Stock, HR, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), workflow diagrams, and process flows.

Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and ERP capabilities.

Configure and support modules in ERPNext such as:

Sales & Purchase

Accounting & Finance

Inventory & Stock Management

Human Resources

Manufacturing & Production Planning

Participate in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth customization and deployment.

Provide end-user training and ongoing support.

Test system functionalities and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support.

Strong understanding of business processes across multiple departments.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Frappe Framework.

Knowledge of basic scripting/customization in ERPNext.

Previous exposure to client-facing roles.
