Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Pune Product: Real Estate - Project Finance Experience: 1Year+ in Project Finance / Fresher Job Description: 1. To analyse the Construction Finance proposals. 2. Collating project data and evaluate the borrower's credit history and real estate experience. 3. Preparing project cash flows. 4. Analyse borrower financial statements and operating statements. 5. Preparing project teaser for submission to a Lender. 6. Work collaboratively with the Bank / NBFC / HFC’s to assist in documentary requirements and query resolution pertaining to the project under evaluation. 7. Execution of the loan disbursement documents for sanctioned projects. 8. Monitoring project sales, collection, construction activity on quarterly basis. Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA / CA preferred.
