Role Overview
As a
Business Analyst
at Spyne, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision-making. You ll analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and build dashboards to help business leaders make informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems with an AI-first mindset.
What You ll Do
- Be the go-to data partner for all things post-sales from onboarding, customer success, delivery.
- Build dashboards that drive daily standups, weekly reviews, and monthly business decisions.
- Surface insights that uncover inefficiencies, unlock revenue, and improve customer outcomes.
- Write crisp SQL and automate reporting pipelines to cut grunt work and scale insights.
- Own key business metrics define them, track them, and make them impossible to ignore.
- Run A/B tests, deep dives, and RCA that directly influence ops strategy and team priorities.
- Make the team data-native by building intuitive, self-serve tools in Tableau / Power BI / Metabase.
- Drive high-clarity discussions with leadership by presenting sharp, actionable narratives.
What We re Looking For

1 3 years of experience
in analytics, business intelligence, or a related role. -
Tier 1 / Tier 2 Engineering background
preferred. - Strong expertise in
Excel, SQL, Python scripting
, and dashboarding tools ( Tableau / Power BI / Metabase
). - Ability to present complex data in a simple, insightful manner.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- An
