Business Analyst

Job Description: You will be responsible for Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering, Acquirer Certification & Compliance, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Industry Trends & Best Practices, and Documentation & Reporting. Your main duties will involve collaborating with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business and technical requirements, ensuring product compliance with regulatory and industry standards, working closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and external partners, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, preparing comprehensive business cases, project documentation, and performance reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field Required Competencies: - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation best practices - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and management Preferred Experience: - 8+ years Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus - Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a business analysis team,
