Job Description

Business Analyst – Process Intelligence & Solution Design


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in process walkthroughs and discovery sessions with SMEs and business stakeholders
  • Document as-is and to-be process flows using standardized templates and tools
  • Support high-level solution feasibility discussions with architects and developers
  • Translate business problems into structured requirements and contribute to solution design documentation
  • Collaborate closely with both business teams and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding


Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for structured data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to perform data wrangling and derive insights from structured datasets
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with process documentation tools such as Visio or BPMN modelers
  • Exposure to SQL or other querying techniques
  • Exposure to reporting and process improvement tools such as Celonis, Power BI, etc.
  • Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
