Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Agriculture and Food Safety domain. The role involves end-to-end business requirements gathering, understanding business needs, and translating them into technical and functional specifications. The ideal candidate must possess excellent stakeholder management skills, be fluent in two or more languages, and have experience in supporting IT project development within Agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specification documents for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, QA, and project managers.
• Ensure business requirements are aligned with project goals and deliverables.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating smooth communication.
• Support IT project development throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Provide guidance on Agriculture & Food Safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder communications with clarity and professionalism.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and project delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to the Agriculture & Food Safety domain.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.
• Scrum Certification / Agile concepts knowledge.
• PMI or Prince Certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AgriTech solutions or Food Safety compliance systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT project development methodologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹457,443.01 - ₹1,566,313.35 per year
