Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected to devote Approx. 60% time as a Business Analyst and 40% in production support for workflow system.
• Manage production support for web application which includes resolving issues/SR within defined TAT
• Expected to manage Internal stakeholder management for BAU
• Consult with developer/user to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Get the UAT completed within defined UAT window.
• Vendor management which includes processing of invoices within TAT. C. Job Specifications:

Qualifications:

• MCA / B.Tech / B.C.A. or equivalent Experience
• 5 to 6 years total experience in Business Analysis
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Life Insurance as a Business Analyst.
• Must have managed production support.
• Life Insurance knowledge is mandatory.
