Role Overview: In this position, you will be responsible for managing project plans and project work related to Pragmatic Techsofts OpenERP implementation projects for clients. Your key responsibilities will include requirement gathering, documentation, system design, delivery, training, and onsite implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project plans and project work for OpenERP implementation projects - Gather requirements and understand customer expectations - Analyze differences between requirements and current functionality - Design solutions in collaboration with the development team - Prepare documentation, including timelines and costing - Create end user manuals and training videos - Test applications to ensure desired functionality - Provide onsite training and implement the system at client sites Qualifications Required: - B.COM/BCS/BCA/MCA/MCS - 2-3 years of experience Additional Details: Pragmatic Techsofts offers a competitive salary, onsite opportunities, challenging projects, a great learning environment, and a good work-life balance.
