About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating compelling dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards.
• Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, visual insights into key business metrics.
• Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within Power BI.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues with dashboards, reports, and data sources.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to various teams, from entry-level staff to leadership, in a clear and compelling manner.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and quality of data by performing regular checks and validations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX, M-Query, and Power Query.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
