Business Analyst (Power BI)

As a Business Analyst specializing in Power BI, your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards. - Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear, visual insights into key business metrics. - Creating and optimizing data models within Power BI to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Troubleshooting and resolving any performance issues with dashboards, reports, and data sources. - Presenting findings and insights to various teams in a clear and compelling manner. - Ensuring the integrity and quality of data through regular checks and validations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data visualization and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX, M-Query, and Power Query. - Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
