As a Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI, your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating compelling dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, creating and optimizing data models, troubleshooting performance issues, communicating findings to various teams, and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and dashboards. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, visual insights into key business metrics. - Create and optimize data models to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability within Power BI. - Troubleshoot and resolve any performance issues with dashboards, reports, and data sources. - Present findings and insights to various teams in a clear and compelling manner. - Ensure the integrity and quality of data by performing regular checks and validations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting. - Hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced knowledge of DAX, M-Query, and Power Query. - Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
