Job Description

RequirementMore than 5 years of experience in Payments Experience in Cross Border Funds Transfer for the APAC Region - VN, TH, PH, CN, INHands on experience Domestic Cross Border PaymentsSWIFT x-border and SWIFT RTGSSWIFT GPI, ISO20022 and other payment market trendsResponsibilities To collaborate, closely with users to collate, analysis, and standardize requirements, to perform gap-fit analysis against existing payments functionality and recommend necessary enhancements/improvements Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Performing requirements analysis. Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions. Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
