Job Title - Business Analyst

Experience - 6-8 Years

Job Location - Bangalore

Max CTC -13 LPA

Skills (Must have):

Banking Domain experience – Retail Banking, Payments, Business Analysis and Functional consulting
Should be able to drive and engage in providing effective, flexible and innovative solutions for the projects taking into account the changing business environment and should have hands on SQL to write complex queries to find, extract and troubleshoot the requirements.
Knowledge of writing User Stories, Agile Methodology, JIRA, Confluence
Good Communication skills – written and verbal. Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management
Ability to identify detailed activities, plan them along with the PM and Coordination between different stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively with the stakeholders – internal and external, Interact at various levels within the organization, Identify and mitigate risks and issues

Role & Responsibility:

Draft, review and sign-off of User stories
Develop a Deep understanding of the digital banking app features and APIs, UAT Planning, write UAT test scenarios, test cases, execute UAT
Take ownership of activities, drive agility and quick turnaround
Provide functional guidance to the development team members
Be proactive, foresee risks and issues
Contribute and review User Acceptance testing approach and strategy
Work with the UX designer and PM and finalize the UI design
Escalate to the management in case anything is behind schedule
