Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and convert them into functional documents.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Workflow diagrams, and Wireframes.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage product backlog and coordinate sprint activities using JIRA.
Conduct UAT, validate requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.
Identify business process gaps and propose improvements.

Required Skills

Requirement gathering and documentation
JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Product Owner certification (preferred)
