We are hiring a DLT Business Analyst to support blockchain initiatives by gathering and analyzing business requirements. The role involves working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of DLT solutions.
Gather and document business requirements for blockchain/DLT use cases.
Conduct gap analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams.
Lead client workshops, demos, and training sessions.
Drive product roadmaps, POCs, and implementations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Must have
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years as a Business Analyst in blockchain/DLT initiatives.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed ledger frameworks, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain/DLT use cases across industries (finance, supply chain, healthcare, etc.).
Experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
Skilled in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Knowledge of DLT platforms (Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda, Quorum, etc.) and their enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security considerations in blockchain/DLT ecosystems.
Ability to work closely with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills with experience in client workshops, demos, and training sessions.
Proven track record of driving blockchain/DLT product roadmaps, POCs, and implementations, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
