Job Description

Data Analysis :- Collect, Analyze, Interpret real estate market related data, Property valuations, tenant demographics and other Real estate specific information by using statistical tools and techniques
Market research :- Conduct research on market trens, competitive analysis, economic conditions affecting real estate sector. Stay updated with industry news, regulations, new technologies etc
Performance Monitoring : Maintain dashboards and KPI to monitor City’s real estate portfolio performance
Financial Analysis :- Support financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting for R.E projects. Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI analysis and assess feasibility studies to assist in strategic decision making.
Report generation :- Prepare weekly/ monthly reports and presentations summarizing insights and recommendations to the stakeholders at all levels of the org
Stakeholder management :- Collaborate with all transactions, legal, finance team to obtain necessary data and information for analysis.
