Business Analyst Intern

About The Role

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI to identify trends and insights
Support the development of business cases and process improvement initiatives
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business goals
Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions

Qualifications

A degree or pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of business process modeling
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
Experience with data visualization or statistical tools
