Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a passionate Intern - Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between our clients and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and processes, and translate these into detailed project requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including a BRD, FRD, wireframes (with UI/UX designers), and user stories to ensure clarity and alignment with user needs.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with designers, and development teams to ensure that the project is on track and meets client expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of project scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and suggest improvements for both client processes and internal workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to offer strategic insights for digital products.
• Testing & Validation: Assist with testing new features and ensure that the final product meets both business and technical requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage client expectations regarding potential project outcomes.
• Client Management : Focus on building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Regular updates, proactive problem-solving, and delivering quality results are key to sustaining client trust and satisfaction.
• Team Management : Effectively lead and manage the team by fostering collaboration, setting clear goals, and providing guidance. Encourage open communication, recognize achievements, and address challenges promptly to ensure productivity, motivation, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in software development environment.
• Knowledge in website, web app, and mobile app development projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Sketch).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic experience with UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with Project management tools (Jira, MS Projects etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
