We’re excited to invite ambitious and certified Business Analyst enthusiasts to join us as Business Analyst Interns. This role is perfect for fresh graduates and postgraduates (B.Tech in CSE, M.Tech, or MBA) who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios and kick-start their careers in business analysis.

In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You'll be actively involved in client communications, problem-solving, project coordination, and creating innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent Graduates or Final-Year Students from B.Tech (CSE), M.Tech, or MBA backgrounds
• Certified Business Analyst (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) – preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Passionate about technology and business strategy
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project lifecycle management is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in gathering business requirements through meetings and client sessions
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Support project management teams in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Document system processes and facilitate smooth implementation
• Coordinate between development teams and clients to ensure aligned expectations
• Contribute to client satisfaction and performance reviews
• Help identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities

Bonus if You Have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management software
• Experience in client-facing roles or tech product analysis
• Strong presentation or reporting skills
