Business Analyst – Insurance Domain Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Required) Type: Full-Time Industry: Banking & Finance (Required) Experience: 3–5 years (Required) Job Overview: We are hiring a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance domain (life, health, P&C). You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, process improvements, and digital solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare BRD & FSD Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors Drive UAT , change requests, and SDLC activities Identify process gaps and suggest improvements using Agile/Waterfall Perform data analysis, customer journey mapping, and reporting Required Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance products & regulations Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, Visio; understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with platforms like Life Asia, Premia, InsureMO, TCS BaNCS, Symbiosys, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Finance Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred Fluent in English and Swahili Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst?
