Job Description

7+ years relevant A|B testing and optimization experience with strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL. · Proven analytical skills, and excellent skills in Excel / PowerPoint as well as Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and Sophia. · Comfortable presenting insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders, team members, and regional partners. Ability to tell data driven stories in a clear and concise narrative. · Excellent understanding of website architecture and hands on experience with key A/B testing UX tools. · 2-3 years of experience building and maintaining big data pipelines and/or analytical or reporting systems at scale. · Deep knowledge and experience with data technology platforms such as Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) · Approaching data organization challenges with a clear eye on what is important; employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time and human resources. · Attention to detail in planning and execution while seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another. · Exceptional people and communication skills, ability to work well with team members and in a cross functional environment. · Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities. · BS/BA with 8+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: analytics, ecommerce, software, high tech.
