Operational Reporting & Analysis: o Track and analyse billable hours, shrinkage and other KPIs to measure operational efficiency. o Develop, maintain, and present reports on operational output, productivity, and trends. o Provide data-driven insights to help optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
Data Management & Dashboard Development: o Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. o Where possible, improve reporting processes by leveraging automation tools such as Google App Scripts and Excel macros. o Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting platforms.
1-2 years of experience in operations reporting, workforce planning, data analysis, or a similar role.
Certification in Google Data Analytics, Power BI or Advanced Excel, is a plus.
