About the Role

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed BRDs/FSDs and user stories.
• Serve as a

  Finacle SME

  , managing payment modules (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS, UPI, etc.) and supporting configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Coordinate

  UAT and testing cycles

  , ensuring timely defect resolution and stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams for smooth project execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within payment workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO20022).
• Mentor junior analysts and uphold project documentation quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years

  of relevant experience in Banking/Payments;

  10+ years total experience

  preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  payment life cycles, clearing, and settlement processes

  .
• Proficiency in

  Visio, Jira, Confluence

  , and

  basic SQL

  for analysis and validation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in

  Agile and Waterfall

  environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
• Certifications such as

  CBAP, IIBA
