Role Description

This is a full-time contract basis role for a Business Analyst – Data Warehouse – BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) .The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, extracting and analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. Daily tasks include gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The analyst will collaborate with different teams to ensure data integrity and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering across business functions (finance, operations, compliance).
• Translate business needs into data requirements, KPIs, and metrics.
• Define source-to-target mappings with SMEs and address data quality issues.
• Collaborate on data models, reporting layers, and semantic definitions.
• Lead testing and validation, including UAT coordination.
• Act as functional lead for project coordination, governance, and documentation.
