Job Summary: You will be part of the PnL team for a Fitness Category at Curefit. Curefit has been operating the fastest growing fitness chain brands in India (Cult.fit, Gold’s, Fitness First), and has 600+ centre footprint pan-India. The plan is to set up another 150+ centres/year across various offerings. You will be responsible for developing data & reporting capabilities for effective topline and bottomline improvement for a category under the Cultpass. Key Responsibilities: Set up dashboards to track and report topline and bottomline numbers & metrics. Analyze data, study PnLs and understand trends across cities. Liaison with teams across the organization to drive initiatives leading to topline growth or cost saving. Streamline processes across verticals to ensure continuous improvement. Any ad hoc task directed towards the betterment of the PnL of that particular category. Qualifications and Skills: 2-4 years of experience Bachelor’s degree required Sharp excel skills SQL (must have) Experience of reading and understanding PnLs (good to have) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Show more Show less
