Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sailpoint Engg with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts focusing on Sailpoint IdentityIQ. This role involves analyzing business needs developing solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our identity management processes improving security and supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement identity management solutions that align with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sailpoint IdentityIQ ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures related to identity management.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in identity management practices.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on identity management processes and best practices.
Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with existing systems.
Lead efforts to enhance security measures and protect sensitive information within the organization.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve identity management processes and recommend solutions to management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to identity management and data protection.
Support project management activities by providing insights and recommendations based on business analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of identity management processes driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and its application in business environments.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have experience in conducting audits and assessments related to identity management.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
Display the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
Understand industry regulations and compliance requirements related to identity management.
