Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the key SPOC during application transitions to lead technical team members through knowledge transfer, shadowing and reverse job shadowing phases.
• Evaluate existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Interpret business data, create reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT departments to ensure alignment.
• Work with developers and applications owners to implement business solutions.
• Assist in tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery.

What should you bring along

• 8-12 years experience overall IT experience, with 2-4 years in auto-industry domain.

Must have technical skill

• Technical Knowledge Understanding of coding languages (Java, .net, etc.), databases (MS SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and software development processes.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation Expertise in writing clear and concise business requirements.
• Change Management Experience in guiding organizations through transitions.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Data Interpretation Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.
• Project Management Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Good to have Technical skills
