Position DescriptionCore Banking background - Digital Banking PaymentsPosition: Business Analyst – with Core Banking background - digital banking PaymentsExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: BLR / HYD / CHN / PUNE / MUMShift Timing: 2pm to 11pmEmployment Type: PermanentEducation Qualification: B.E, MBA in finance good to havePosition Description: Business Analyst – with Core Banking background - digital banking PaymentsYour future duties and responsibilitiesYour future duties and responsibilities:Must have Skills-Gather and analyze business requirements.Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, Azure Dev-ops etc.Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking, payments and 3rd party integrations etc.Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworksGood to have Skills-Knowledge of specific technical tools and languages like SQL, Power BI or Tableu.Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, and specific modeling techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).Proficiency with software used for data analysis, modeling, using various database tools.
