Job Description:

We are seeking individuals interested in a Business Analyst.

• Location: Mumbai (On-site work)
  

• Shift: Rotational Shift (US Shift)
  

• Type: Contract Position (12 months), with potential to transition to client payroll based on performance and business needs
  

• Immediate availability is required
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements and workflows.
  

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document requirements.
  

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as per business needs.
  

• Use Excel for data management and generating reports for the team.
  

• Work with various business tools and systems to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in BCom, BA, BSc, or B Pharma.
    

• Skills and Knowledge:
  

  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
    

  • Strong customer service orientation.
    

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
    

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
    

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge is Preferred .
    

Salary and Benefits:

• CTC: 20,000 per month
  

• Shift Timings: Rotational Shift (US Shift)
  

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
