Business Analyst

• Qualification: Bachelor degree or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experienceWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with HR or HCM knowledge

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Your future duties and responsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and internal teams, to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards
• Create and maintain clear and detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Write and maintain functional design and documentation
• Develop and update project documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and developers, ensuring the determination of various integrations, flows, and dependencies of features across the product
• Review functional design documents, user stories, and other functional artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs
• Develop new test scripts, modify existing scripts, run test scripts, and log defects
• Perform system testing
• Conduct testing of existing capabilities
• Work with the technical team in defect resolution
• Make necessary updates to the system and training documentation
• Confirm the transfer of knowledge as necessary throughout the project
• Resolve customer issues
• Build product knowledge
• Work with the delivery/development teams by driving towards the product roadmap
• Participate and contribute in concept/design reviews
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies
• Ensure that project deliverables comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations

• Previous experience in a similar role within an IT service or consulting company
• Proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Proficiency in developing and executing test scripts, and managing defect logging and resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with relevant business analysis and documentation tools
