Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into clear
functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with project management tools, process mapping and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, tracking issues and validating deliverables.

Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.

Create and maintain user stories, process flows and workflows using tools like JIRA, Confluence and Figma.

Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement to ensure alignment across teams.

Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.

Assist in project planning, risk assessment and progress tracking.

Ensure documentation and processes comply with organizational standards and best practices.

Additional Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with flow mapping, wireframing and prototyping.

Hindi-speaking ability will be considered an added advantage for stakeholder interactions.
