Actowiz Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience. This role involves gathering business requirements, preparing BRD/FRD, coordinating between teams, and supporting testing.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.
Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, and process flow diagrams.
Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Support QA and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.

Skills Required:

0.6 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence (preferred).
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/CS.
Certifications like ECBA/CCBA preferred.
