You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. Experience in conducting process assessments and gap analysis. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders. Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training sessions. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
