Roles & Responsibilities:Client Business Analysis:Engage with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.Sample Data Setup for Demos:Prepare, clean, and transform datasets to create compelling demo environments, enabling smooth client presentations and proof-of-concept showcases.Client Demo Support:Actively participate in client-facing demos, presenting dashboards, workflows, and analytical outcomes with clarity and impact.Data-Driven Insights:Analyze large datasets (Python, SQL, PySpark) to identify trends, build predictive models, and provide recommendations that influence business decision-making.Dashboard Development:Create intuitive visualizations (Tableau, Superset, Excel) to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline reporting pipelines, optimize workflows, and support organizational initiatives.Documentation & Compliance:Develop process documentation, ensure tracking of dashboards and workflows, and support compliance-driven initiatives.Continuous Improvement:Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and ensure BA practices evolve with client, industry, and technology trends. Skills:
SQL for querying and preparing dataPython (pandas, basic ML models)Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, reporting)Dashboarding (Tableau / Power BI)Strong analytical & documentation skillsExposure to cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)Familiarity with AI/ML/Gen AI conceptsUnderstanding of HR / learning analytics
